The Good Food Box relies heavily on volunteers for packing the boxes, cleaning the boxes, maintaining the warehouse and, most recently, for writing the newsletter. Many of our volunteers are drawn from the Good Food Box customer base, and they bring friends with them, and so on. Once people come a few times and find out that it's fun, they come regularly and the word begins to spread.
